Who are we?
Ki Global was founded in 2017 in Dubai by Lauren Brennan. Ki offers services in four main areas:
- Human Resource Consultancy
- Recruitment and Selection services
- Learning and Development/Training
Education, Healthcare and Hospitality are areas of specialty, however Ki also has clients in related industries across the UAE.
As a business, Ki is framed on values built from the founder’s background in martial arts. The word ‘Ki’ symbolises positive energy, creative flow, inspiration, power and strength, which relate directly to Ki values.

Lauren has lived in the UAE for ten years and has experience across Healthcare and Education, having held recruitment and HR positions in companies including Taaleem, GEMS Education, BBD Education and Cielo Talent.
Alongside the business, Lauren is also Adjunct Faculty for Middlesex University Dubai on their Masters People Management and Development programme. Lauren also teachers Level 3, 5 and 7 CIPD qualifications through a UAE provider.
Lauren has her Masters in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in Dubai and has achieved her CIPD level 3 qualification as well as BA (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde.
Lauren retains a fierce passion for learning and development both professionally and personally, stemming from her experience as a qualified Martial Arts Instructor.
Senior Consultant/Life Coach
Born and raised in Scotland Lynn is a Registered Nurse, with mainly a Mental Health Background, beginning her nurse training in 1983 at the Glasgow Royal College of Nursing. She qualified in 1986 and has since had a very interesting career.
She has worked with a range of patients from children to the elderly and latterly working for 13 years as a Disability Analyst assessing client’s health in face to face assessments and through written forms. She has, over this time, been a Trainer, a Mental Health Adviser, an Auditor and a Mentor for new colleagues.
After 37 years as a practicing nurse Lynn decided on a career move and joined our team at Ki. Her years of assessing, counselling, teaching, note keeping and her vast experience are proving already to be valuable assets for her new role. Lynn is now a qualified Life Coach who works face to face and online with clients.
